MCP server · Free · No key for public data · Read-only

Ask your AI assistant for a verified trading account. It searches the real ones.

Connect ShowMyTrades to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client once. Then ask in plain language: find published track records under a given drawdown, read one account month by month, get the code that puts its chart on your site. Public data needs no key.

Three published accounts match. The steadiest is eurusd-swing: two years, 4.1% worst drawdown. Want the monthly table for any of them, or the widget code to embed one?

Data from ShowMyTrades · links to each account page

Example conversation. Account names and figures are illustrative, not real accounts.

An assistant can read a web page. It cannot filter ten thousand of them by drawdown.

Scraping gives a model one screenshot at a time. The MCP server gives it the index, the filters and the numbers in declared units, so the answer is computed from the accounts themselves. As far as we know, no other track record service offers this.

What you can ask

Questions, not queries

The assistant picks the tool, the filters and the sections. You ask the way you would ask a colleague who has the whole site open.

Find track records

"Find verified accounts with at least a year of history that never lost more than 10%."

→ search_public_accounts

Compare two accounts

"Compare these two accounts month by month: which one is steadier?"

→ get_account · include=monthly

Read one account

"What does this account trade, and how did each symbol do?"

→ get_account · include=by_symbol

Put it on your site

"Give me the code to embed this account's growth chart on my WordPress page."

→ get_widget_snippet

Check a claim

"Someone is selling an EA with this ShowMyTrades link. How long is the history, and what is the real drawdown?"

→ get_account

Your own accounts

"How did my Weltrade account do in August, and which of my strategies has the worst drawdown?"

→ list_my_accounts · with a free key

Without a key, or with a free one

Public data is open. Your data is yours.

Anyone can connect the server with nothing but its URL and search what traders have chosen to publish. Add a free Developer API Key and the same assistant also sees your own accounts, private ones included, your trades and your open positions. Nobody else's key can reach them.

Either way every answer carries the line Data from ShowMyTrades with a link to the account page: that link is what keeps the API free.

The tools

Six tools. Three need no key.

The assistant only sees the ones it can use. Every tool tells the model what it returns and in which units, so a 15% drawdown is never read as a fraction or a negative number.

Boundaries

What it will not do, on purpose

Read-only

No tool can place or close a trade, or change anything on an account. There is no key that could.

Accounts, not people

Of an owner it sees a public slug and brand name. No tool lists or searches traders.

Not a ranking

Results are what your filters matched. Nothing is endorsed, and the past is not a promise.

Respects privacy settings

What an owner hides on their page arrives hidden here too. Private accounts do not exist to the server.

Want your own account in the answers?

Connect a trading account, publish it, and it becomes searchable by every assistant that uses this server. Free, read-only, with the statistics computed after every closed trade.
